What we collect
Account details (email, name), the business information you provide (profile, Business Twin content), operational records (agent executions, approvals, audit logs), and billing metadata processed by Stripe. We do not store full payment card numbers.
How we use it
To operate your workspace, generate AI drafts grounded in your Business Twin, enforce governance policies, and provide support. Business Twin content is sent to the configured AI provider (Anthropic or OpenAI) solely to generate content for you.
Data isolation
Every record is scoped to your organization and protected by row-level security. Audit logs are append-only. See our data handling documentation for details.
Your rights
You can export or delete your organization's data by contacting support. Deleting your organization removes all associated records.
